You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the 7u7bat platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. 7u7bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with them.
7u7bat may at any time request that you complete an identity verification process ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) by submitting one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo ID; proof of address issued within the preceding three months; and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7u7bat login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 7u7bat will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify 7u7bat immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 7u7bat support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and wagering obligations. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary Account closure.
All deposits to a 7u7bat Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 7u7bat reserves the right to return any deposit made from a payment method that does not match the registered Account holder's identity, and to suspend the Account pending investigation.
Deposit funds are intended for use in genuine gaming activity. 7u7bat does not act as a financial institution and your Account Balance is not a savings account, investment vehicle, or interest-bearing deposit. Balances earn no interest.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Account holders at any time through the withdrawal section of the 7u7bat Account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. 7u7bat does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the Account holder.
7u7bat offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms will prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a 7u7bat Account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "playthrough") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page.
7u7bat strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements; colluding with other players; or any other activity that 7u7bat reasonably determines is designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine recreational gaming. Where bonus abuse is detected, 7u7bat reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or close the Account.
Bonus funds and any associated free spins have a stated validity period from the date of issue. Bonus funds not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account Balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
